Place the order

When purchases are available, select Direct bank transfer and follow the instructions on the order receipt. Use the order number as the payment reference.

The order stays on hold until the store confirms receipt. A checkout confirmation does not itself prove that the bank transfer has cleared.

Payment questions

If an order remains on hold after you have paid, open a private support request with the order number. Do not include your bank password, card number or complete bank statement.

Current availability

The store catalogue is visible while launch preparations continue. Account registration and support can be used before purchases open.
