Can I get help before buying?

Yes. Create a store account and open a private support request. An order number is optional for pre-purchase, account and general questions.

Do I need a separate support login?

No. Use the same account as the PakPress store. Requests and replies are available under My account → Support.

Where are my files and activation keys?

After payment confirmation, open Downloads and the confirmed order in your store account. Your activation key remains in the authenticated order details.

What happens when my annual term expires?

The installed product keeps working. New updates and basic support require active coverage. Your account shows the applicable dates.

Will a theme ZIP recreate the demo?

No. It contains software and bundled assets. Demo articles, uploaded images and site-specific settings are not copied automatically.

Does PakPress automatically train an AI model?

No. Current tools support multilingual publishing, dataset preparation and local source-based assistance. Read the AI guides for their actual capabilities and limitations.
